This is a festive spin on a unique childhood favorite, especially in the United States.
Originally modified from the Preppy Kitchen Dirt Cake recipe, this variant features pistachio pudding, mint leaf cookies, and seasonal gummies.

Ingredients:
- Jello pistachio pudding
- mint leaf cookies, matcha cookies also work well
- 15 oz classic or mint Oreos
- Jolly Rancher Easter Gummies, gummy carrots
- cream cheese
- butter
- cool whip
- whole milk
- powdered sugar
To begin, separate out 8 to 10 cookies and cut them into quarters. Crush the remaining cookies in a gallon sized ziplock by gently rolling a rolling pin over the cookies. The goal is to get a random assortment of sizes. Mix all of the Oreos together and place at the bottom of a 9×13 pan and set aside. If doing multiple layers, put about 1/2 of the crushed cookies on the base. Mix together the milk and pistachio pudding in a large bowl. In another mix the cream cheese and butter. To the cream cheese and butter, blend in the powdered sugar and finally the cool whip until fully incorporated. Combine with the thickened pudding mix and spread over the Oreos. Again, if layering, place about a 1/3 of the pudding mixture, layer the rest of the Oreos, and then the rest of the pudding mix. Cover and put in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Remove and top with the crushed leaf, or matcha cookies. Place the springtime gummies around the top.
